1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website, submitting a service request, booking an appointment, or authorizing work, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services. Our Privacy Policy (linked in the site footer) is incorporated by reference.

2) Services & Service Area

We provide residential and light commercial garage door diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on scheduling and location.

3) Booking, Estimates & Authorization

Booking: Appointments can be made online or by phone. Arrival is provided as a time window.

Estimates: Estimates are good-faith and may change after on-site diagnosis if conditions differ from the information provided.

Authorization: You authorize work when you approve an estimate/work order (including by email/text/recorded verbal consent) or pay any required deposit.

Diagnostic/Trip Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic or trip fee may apply and will be disclosed before dispatch.

4) Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Pricing: Rates include labor, parts, and applicable taxes/fees. After-hours and extended-range travel may incur surcharges.

Deposits: Certain parts/special orders/installs may require a deposit before ordering.

Payment: Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon substantial completion. Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at booking or on the invoice.

Past-Due: Late balances may incur lawful interest and collection costs. Initiating chargebacks without first contacting us in writing may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

5) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Customer-Initiated: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (up to the diagnostic fee or deposit).

No Access / Safety: If we cannot access the site, conditions are unsafe, or required approvals are missing, we may cancel and charge the diagnostic fee.

Company-Initiated: We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or technician availability and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

6) Customer Responsibilities & Safety

Provide safe, unobstructed access to the garage/equipment; secure pets/valuables; remove vehicles/obstacles; and disclose known hazards (e.g., structural or electrical issues). Garage door systems are hazardous—do not attempt DIY repairs or adjustments.

7) Special Orders & Returns

Special-Order/Custom Items: Non-cancelable once ordered; related deposits are non-refundable.

Returns: Installed parts are generally not returnable unless otherwise required by law. Unused stock items may be returnable subject to condition inspection and restocking fees.

8) Permits & Code Compliance

Where permits or inspections are required, we will inform you. Unless expressly included in your estimate, permits and associated fees are your responsibility. We perform work in accordance with applicable codes for the scope we provide and are not responsible for pre-existing or latent defects.
